15 Fit Female Celebs and How They Stay In Shape
I love reading fitness magazines. The featured athletes always have rock hard bodies that inspire me. But what I love most is when the articles and advertisements feature actresses, singers, and other entertainers who have worked hard to get their bodies solid with beautifully toned muscles.
As I was flipping through the pages of my favorite magazines and clicking through my favorite websites, I made a list of my favorite 15, in no particular order. These ladies have got it going on! I dug a little deeper to learn more about their habits and wanted to share them. We all need new tips and extra motivation now and then, so let’s see what each of my 15 do to stay looking great.
This supermodel is absolutely gorgeous in every way. I love how she considers herself an athlete and has always had fitness as part of her life. Kung Fu and Tai Chi are two of her favorite ways to stay in shape.
Incorporating a regimented diet and fitness plan, Jessica has a holistic view of keeping her body looking as perfect as it does. She has admitted to disliking long workouts in the gym, so she makes sure to fuel her body with whole foods and keep her workouts varied to help her stay motivated and moving.
Growing up in Columbia, she didn’t have a culture of going to the gym so she didn’t grow up knowing the importance of working out. With her move to the United States and a thyroid cancer diagnosis, Sofia learned to incorporate healthy habits into her busy schedule. While admitting that she needs a trainer to motivate her, the work she does has given her amazing results.
Serena is known for her intense drive to be a world leader in tennis. Aside from her intense practice on the court, she loves to mix things up. She runs, bikes, dances, spends time on the elliptical, and has even done yoga. Feeding herself whole foods, she keeps her energy up and feeling great.
This beautiful woman can not only cook up delicious foods, but knows how to keep herself looking supermodel fit. One of her favorite ways to keep those excess calories from making themselves at home in her body is to be regimented with kickboxing workouts three times per week.

Crunches, sit-ups, lunges, and dancing are Beyoncé’s key to that body. Keeping heads turning no matter what she does, she joined forces with Michelle Obama to add her exercise expertise to the Presidential Let’s Move campaign. Her constant movement is truly an inspiration.
Kelly’s amazing post-baby body is hot! Green tea, green veggies, and daily workouts with her trainer, they even partnered to create several DVDs to help everyone shape up.
