Working out with Trudie has changed the way I approach exercise. She has taught me proper technique and scheduling that helps me streamline my workouts. When we train in a gym around other trainers and their clients, it is clear that I am receiving the best advice and coaching. Other trainers seem more interested in chatting with their clients while the client’s form and concentration suffers. Trudie also ensures that I am always present and focused and explains to me the basis and importance of each exercise.
