I’ve been having one heck of a summer. No, I haven’t been touring the world or won the lotto. Instead, I’ve been catching up friends entertaining them in my backyard, all while cooking for them!! Yep, you read correct, I’ve been cooking, well more like grilling for them.
I picked up a grill awhile back and on one of those hot, humid days in Toronto, I didn’t feel like being inside (my backyard is cool thanks to the multiple trees back there). So, I decided to grill some chicken and vegetables and to my surprise:

I’m gonna be honest with you, I was tooting my own horn with the results of these meals. I mean for a chick that hates to cook, I think I’ve done a pretty good job.
